We try to ship all orders as soon as possible, but our customers need to understand that delivery time depends on some factors that are not in our hands. Our usual delivery time for Karachi is 2 to 3 working days and for other major cities, it is 4 to 5 working days.

• Delivery time for rural areas and smaller cities cannot be confirmed in advance.
• All orders booked from rural areas and smaller cities need to be paid via bank account transfer or Easypaisa service in advance for order delivery.
• Our team may ask for advance payment from some customers if the order size is bigger than 10k.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you should contact us within 12 hours of your order placement or when you receive a confirmation call from us. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our first and only priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for products if:

• You did not receive them within the guaranteed time (15 days not including 2-5 day processing) and you had paid in advance.
• You received the wrong/ faulty product (needs to be intimated to us via call/WhatsApp/Facebook/email within 48 hours). 
• For issuance of a refund, you will have to arrange the delivery of the product at your own cost to our warehouse in Karachi. We will not be responsible for the reverse delivery of the product. You will receive the refund through bank transfer within 3-5 days once we receive the product at our warehouse.
• Please ensure you deliver the product with the original box/ packing (with the original plastic wrap intact in case of wooden puzzles).
